Our Team
Tim Tedesco
Managing Partner - Financial Planning Director
The legacies of my father and grandfather have profoundly shaped who I am today. Born and raised in New Jersey, I’ve always cherished the strength of community and the importance of family. I’m grateful to still call New Jersey home, where I live with my wife, Danielle, and our son, TJ. I grew up with a passion for ice hockey, practically skating before I walked. I continued playing through college and now serve as the head coach at Watchung Hills.
Coaching is a natural extension of my background, and as a third-generation member of the Elks Organization, I am committed to using these skills to influence and support my clients on their journey toward financial freedom.

Born and raised in New Jersey, I’ve always valued strong community ties and the importance of family. I’m fortunate to still call New Jersey home, where I live with my wife and daughter, Murphy. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing hockey, or hitting the golf course. Hockey has been a lifelong passion of mine, and I love staying active and connected through the sport.
My passion for finance started early, growing through my education and leading me to pursue a degree in Finance at Bloomsburg University. After graduating, I quickly entered the finance industry, driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and small businesses. I’ve since focused on helping clients grow, protect, and efficiently transition their wealth to the next generation.

Kaden Pickering
Financial Planning Consultant
Originally from Upstate New York, I now call New Jersey home. My academic journey took me from St. Lawrence University in New York, where I completed my undergraduate studies, to Bemidji State University in Minnesota for my MBA. Throughout my time in school, I was a Division I hockey player for all five years, competing in over 150 games against some of the most prestigious programs in the country.
After hanging up my skates, I transitioned into the world of finance, where I’ve been able to apply the skills I developed as an athlete—discipline, perseverance, and teamwork—to help guide clients toward their financial goals. I’ve built my career around a consultative and objective approach to wealth management, always focused on what matters most to each individual client.

Marcie Stricchiola
Marketing Assistant
Hi! I’m Macie Stricchiola. I graduated from West Chester University in 2024 with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Digital Marketing. I’ve always had a passion for social media and love exploring creative ways to bring a brand’s personality to life through storytelling and engaging posts. Seeing how social media connects people and builds relationships is what excites me most about this field.
When I’m not working, I enjoy boating on Lake Hopatcong, trying new coffee and ice cream spots with my friends, or spending time shopping and thrifting with my dad.
Mia Mendrilbil
Administrative Assistant
Growing up in Norwalk, CT, I split my time between being a student, in the pool as a swimmer, and on the stage as a theatre kid. In my free time I enjoy listening to music, reading, writing, and traveling as much as possible. For about a year, I was the singer in a band! These days, I channel my love for swimming by coaching a competitive swim team in Connecticut.
When I’m not diving into my coaching role, I am the administrative assistant here at Inlet Financial. I am the go-to person for organization, communication, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
